How to check FGTS 2024 profit by CPF?

1. Open the application and click on “Login”

First, launch the FGTS app on your phone after downloading it. Then, on the home screen, locate the “Login” button and tap it.

2nd Enter your CPF and password or register

Then, enter your CPF in the corresponding field of the application. Then, enter your registered password. 

Additionally, if you do not yet have an account, follow the on-screen instructions to create a registration, providing the necessary information.

3rd Tap on “Check your FGTS accounts”

After logging in, you will be directed to the app's main screen. On the next screen, locate the option “Check your FGTS accounts” and tap on it to follow all the details of the process.

4º Select the desired account and click on “View statement”

From the list of accounts, choose the FGTS account for which you want to obtain the statement. After that, tap on the account to open the details. Finally, click on the “View statement” option to view the full statement.

5th Choose “Generate PDF statement” to download the deposit history

On the statement screen, locate the “Generate PDF statement” option. Tap this option to generate and download the full deposit statement in PDF format. 

Done! The file will be saved to your device and can be accessed at any time.

Caixa Internet Banking Query

Another option is Caixa's Internet Banking, which is also completely free and simple to do.

1. Download and access the Caixa app

Start the process by downloading the Caixa app directly from your phone's app store. Once installed, tap the app icon to open it.

2. Click on the “Access my account” button

On the app's home screen, locate and click the “Access my account” button to begin the login process.

3. Enter your username and click “Continue”

Enter the username previously registered. Once scanned, tap the “Continue” button to complete the obligations for the next step.

4. Enter your password and click “Enter”

Now, enter your password in the field provided. Then, click “Login” to complete the login process and access your account.

5. Select the “FGTS and INSS” option when accessing the application

Once inside the application, navigate through the menu and select the “FGTS and INSS” option to access information related to the FGTS.

6. Choose “FGTS | Statement” to view your statement

In the “FGTS and INSS” section, find and tap the “FGTS | Statement” option to open the detailed statement of your FGTS accounts.

7. Scroll until you find the deposit for the month

Scroll through the list of deposits to find the month you want. This section will show you the deposits made during that period.

8. Check the code and check the interest amount

Finally, identify the code “AC CRED DIS RESULTADO ANO BASE 12/2023” on the statement. Next to this code, you will see the amount corresponding to the interest credited to your account.
