How to opt out of our 11am email notifications

We use a platform called ActiveCampaign to send emails to our users with relevant and recent content on our portal. If you are receiving emails from us it is because you opted to receive these communications at some point.

Step by step to cancel email notifications. If you no longer wish to receive our emails, follow the steps below:

1. Open an email received from us.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the email and find the “Unsubscribe” or “Unsubscribe” link.
3. Click the link and you will be directed to a page where you can confirm the deletion of your registration.
4. Confirm the deletion of your subscription and that's it, you will no longer receive our emails sent through our content portal.

How to cancel our push notifications sent by 11am to my cell phone

Through push, we send notifications to browsers and mobile devices. We use the Pushnews platform to send notifications about recent and relevant content. If you are receiving push notifications from Pushnews, it is because you opted to receive them at some point on our website.

Step by step to cancel push notifications from Pushnews. If you no longer wish to receive our push notifications sent by Pushnews to our content portal, please follow the steps below:

1. Open a push notification received from Pushnews.
2. Click the gear or settings icon (may vary depending on device) to open notification settings.
3. Disable the “Allow notifications” or “Receive notifications” option.
4. That's it, you will no longer receive our push notifications sent by Pushnews.
