However, as with any government program, you must meet certain requirements to apply. 

You must fall into one of the income ranges established by the program and follow the specific registration procedures. Check out the rules below!

  • Be over 18 years old;
  • Prove your income;
  • Have a clean name and have no restrictions at SPC or SERASA;
  • Not participating in the National Register of Borrowers (CADMUT);
  • Do not participate in the Federal Public Sector Defaulters Registry (CADIN);
  • Not receiving government housing benefits on another occasion;
  • Do not participate in the Residential Leasing Program;
  • Do not own any property in your name.

  • Go to your city hall or to a local construction company registered in the program;
  • There, you will need to fill out a form with your information and submit the required documentation;

Registration for Tracks 2 and 3

For those who fall into Bands 2 and 3, the steps required to enroll in the program are as follows:

  • First, choose a property to finance, but remember that it must meet the requirements established by the program;
  • Then, carry out a financing simulation through the Caixa Econômica Federal website;
